Challis Gardens - a tranquil community retreat

Challis Garden Sawston is a captivating two-acre garden, thoughtfully cared for by dedicated volunteers. The garden changes through the seasons, but whenever you visit, you can be assured of beautiful vistas and a warm welcome. Admission free.

This beautiful haven boasts mature trees and an orchard. Winding, secret paths encourage exploration and offer quiet corners for reflection. At the heart of the garden lies a tranquil pond, adding to the overall sense of peace and natural beauty. Maintained entirely by volunteers, the garden is accessible to everyone.

Opening Times: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm; Sunday (Apr-Oct) 2-4pm, (Nov-Mar) 1-3pm.
