Trumpington Kids Clothes Hub

Here we are again! Christmas is over and done with and we’re heading towards spring and lighter evenings.

Our lovely volunteers are rested and ready for action. Thanks to the generous donations from our wonderful, caring community, we have a small mountain of clothes waiting patiently to be sorted and passed on to new families. That’s a few kilos less for landfill, as well as a lot of good-as-new clothes being re-homed.

Many thanks to the local businesses who support us financially, enabling us to hire a van to transport our boxes of clothes to the venues for our pop-up stalls. It really does make our lives so much easier, and loading and unloading the van is splendid exercise!

We are planning to continue with our pick-your-own stalls throughout the year, so please come and join us if you can. Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend (or two)! Remember, all our clothes are free to anyone who can use them and as well as everyday clothing, we have lots of school uniform for the three local primary schools. Keep an eye on our social media for details of when and where you can find us.
