Trumpington Repair Café

The idea of Repair Cafés is very simple. People who love mending things offer their services to anybody who has something that needs mending.

We have now held 11 events since our first in April 2023 and are well established on the Trumpington calendar with three events a year. We are now self-funding thanks to donations and profits from the cakes and drinks on sale, and always welcome new volunteer bakers and helpers.

The next Repair Café will be on Sunday 6 September from 2-5pm at Trumpington Meadows Primary School, which has proved an ideal “home” for our events.
