Coffee and cake ready for a Mothers' Union coffee morning

Well, what a heatwave we had in June. It was with regret that, because of the extreme temperatures, we had to cancel our 150 years Celebration Picnic.

We are now planning to move our celebrations to our August annual Coffee Morning. We would love you all to join us for coffee and celebration cake on 27 August at 10.30am, at 75 Bishops Road. We will of course have our usual stalls, books, cakes, bric-a-brac and raffle. Please come and join in and help us celebrate 150 years of the wonderful work of Mothers’ Union. Everyone welcome.

On 24 September we look forward to an interesting talk entitled “Travelling in Australia”. Our meeting starts at 1.30pm, at 75 Bishops Road.

We look forward to seeing you all on 27 August, 10.30am.
